I have a job that requires me to build spreadsheets and look at lots of data. After long workday or a stressful week; I enjoy sitting down at my crafting table and work on making cards.
It has become my “Happy Place”.
So….when I travel for my job…I throw a Paper Pumpkin kit in my luggage and look forward to some “me time” to relax and work on a project while away from home. Paper Pumpkin offers lots of versatility. You can craft at home, with a group of friends, or take PP on the road and craft while babysitting, during dance lessons or soccer practice…it is a simple and inexpensive way to spend time doing what you love….creating!

Sealed with Love Bundle ideas!
I have fallen in LOVE with the Sealed with Love Bundle (144705) and Sending Love DSP (142733) from the new Occasions catalog and especially when paired with the Bloomin’ Love (140643) stamp set from the Annual Catalog.
How I made these cards:
First I gathered all my Christmas scraps and papers :
-Real Red Glimmer Paper
-Gold Foil
– Real Red card stock
– Whisper White
– Crumb Cake
and cut the shapes from the Love Notes Framelits Dies (which comes as part of the Sealed with Love bundle).
After I cut the pieces, I put together all the different “notes”….
Then I used Soft Sky, Whisper White and Crumb Cake card stock to stamp the background pattern using the same ink colors for a ‘tone on tone’ effect.
Now the FUN part! Embellish your cards! Here are some of the products used to create these cards!
