While a freshman at the University of New Mexico in Albuquerque nearly 30 years ago (boy, really dating myself)…I experienced my first “mass accession” during the balloon fiesta. Imagine a field of over 200 balloons slowly being filled and slowing filling with air, glowing from fire and they lifting above.
