Base Card

Cut 5″ x 8″ and score at 4″ (creating a 5″ x 4″ folded card). 🎊🎈🎀 from Whisper White cardstock.

Inside Concertina Fold Out Panel

Cut 7 7/8″ x 4.25″ and score at 2 5/8″, 5.25″.
Fold accordion-style. 🎭🎉📝

Score at 3″ and 7 1/8″
DSP Layer: 4″ x 1.75″ 🎀💫💖 (cut 2 for both front & back)

Assembly Instructions: 🛠️📜✨

Prepare the Base: Score and fold the 5″ x 8″ cardstock in half to create your base. 🎨🎂💌
Attach Front Layers: Adhere the three 3.75″ x 4.75″ patterned DSP panels to the front and inside. 🎁✨🎀
Create the Concertina Panel: Score the 7 7/8″ x 4.25″ cardstock at 2 5/8″ and 5.25″. Fold accordion-style and adhere to the inside of the panels. Leaving one plain which will be glued onto the inside of card. Make sure it folds OUT. 🎭💡🎨
Decorate the Inside Concertina: Attach the 4″ x 2 3/8″ patterned DSP layers to each section. 🌸🎈🎊
Stamp & Embellish: Use the Cake Celebration and Birthday Celebration stamps to add sentiments and images. Enhance with Birthday Treats Ephemera for extra flair. 🎂✨💖
Make the Belly Band: Score the 2″ x 11″ strip at 3″ and 7 1/8″, wrap around the card, and secure. Layer with the 4″ x 1.75″ DSP for decoration both front and back. 🎀💡🎁
Final Touches: Add Gold Open Weave Ribbon as another layer, use die-cut tassels from the Beautiful Balloons Bundle (if you have it!) and cut out of iridescent card stock to bring in a fun, festive feel. 🎈🎂🎊
