DIY Craft Organization Tutorial

If you’re anything like me, your stencil collection has grown over timeโ€”and so has the challenge of keeping it organized! After too many moments of digging, bending, or misplacing my favorite decorative masks, I finally said enough is enough. Thatโ€™s when I created this DIY 18-pocket stencil storage solution using my Stampinโ€™ Up! Designer Series Paper (DSP)โ€”and now, Iโ€™m excited to share it with you!

๐Ÿ›  Supplies Youโ€™ll Need:

  • 12″ x 12″ DSP (choose coordinating patterns for a cohesive look)
  • Basic White Card Stock for pages & hinges
  • Scoring board or paper trimmer with score blade
  • Laminator (Fellows) and Laminating Pouches in Letter Size (3 MIL)
  • Tool – Blade
  • Plastic Snaps Kit – AMAZON
  • CINCH Machine – 1″ Binding Coil (We R Memory Keepers)

๐Ÿ“ฝ Step-by-Step Video Tutorial

Check out my full tutorial on YouTube where I walk you through how to:

  • FRONT – 6.5″ x 8″ from DSP Pattern of your choice
  • BACK – 6.5″ x 11 5/8″ from coordinating DSP
    • Score at 8.25″ , 9.25″, 9 5/8 ” and fold
  • STRIP – This is a coordinating piece that will be added to TAB for the snaps and measures 6.5″ x 1.5″
  • Align Front & Back and mark where SNAPS should be place.
  • PAGES – need at least 9 pieces cut @ 7″ x 9″ each.
  • POCKETS – cut 18 measuring 4″ x 7″
  • HINGES – Cut one for each page measuring .75″ x 6.5″ from Basic White Cardstock
