My blog features products from the the New 2018 Occasions and Sale-A-Bration Catalog!! I used the new BRUSHO Crystal Colors Watercolor Ink Crystals and Stampin’ Blends Markers with both resist emboss and masking techniques.

| Definitely from the heart! The black and white PARTY PANDAS stamp set from the Sale-a-bration catalog is perfect against any colorful background. Here the resist emboss technique is used with BRUSHO colors to create a fun background using the embossed PLAYFUL BACKGROUNDS stamp set from the AC (141920). Our Panda is fussy cut and set up on SU dimensionals. The new Stampin’ Blend Markers were used to color and shade Panda’s balloon. |
